How the AI-Simulcast™ Workshop Process Works

Each AI-Simulcast™ is shaped by the community before it even begins with a focus on real-world AI breakdowns submitted by participants.

Here’s how the process unfolds each week:

1. The Polling Phase (on the Website): Visitors and members vote on the week’s most pressing AI challenge or concern using the on-site poll.

2. Challenge Submission:  Participants can document their own AI failure - explaining what occurred, what went wrong, and the negative result.  These submissions are reviewed for potential selection in the upcoming live Simulcast.

3. Topic & Featured Guest Selection:  The issue that receives the highest number of poll results becomes the live workshop focus.  From the participants who personally submitted detailed reports of that issue, one individual is selected and invited to be the session’s Featured Guest.  Their submission is used anonymously in the workshop to illustrate the real-world problem, the impact, and the AI breakdown. IJ Morris then leads the live analysis to uncover causes, potential fixes, and better AI strategies.

4. The Live Simulcast:  Multiple AIs address the chosen case in real time while IJ Morris leads the comparison, analysis, and solution-building process.

5. Results, Replay, and Library Access (View-Only):After each AI-Simulcast™, three view-only resources are added to the website:

   • Results Summary View:

     A structured breakdown of what occurred during the session, corrections, key insights, logic notes, and real-world takeaways.

     • Free access for attendees of that session

     • Paid access for non-attendees

   • Video Replay View:                                                                                                                                                A protected, view-only video of the live AI-Simulcast™​

     • Free for attendees

     • Available for purchase to non-attendees

   • AI-Simulcast Issue Library (“Vault”):                                                                                                                      A growing archive organized by issue type.​

     • Attendees get access to the entry for the session they attended

     • All other entries can be unlocked individually

This dynamic process keeps every Simulcast current, interactive, and participant-driven making each one a unique, high-value experience.

AI-Simulcast Fee Options

• Base BETA Fee – $19.99 (Early Access)
  Includes access to Results, Video Replay, and Issue Library Entry for the session you attend, plus the ability to submit your AI issue for consideration.

• Featured Guest Upgrade – additional $10 (optional) $29.99
  After all documented AI issues are reviewed, one participant whose submission provides the strongest learning value will be selected and contacted privately.

  If the participant chooses to accept the role, they pay a $10 Featured Guest Fee (total cost: $29.99) and their issue will be addressed anonymously during the live workshop.  If the AIs and expert analysis cannot produce reasonable options or potential solutions for their case, the full $29.99 is refunded through the same payment method used at checkout.

 

Note: Each Simulcast is a limited-run live event led by IJ Morris and will not be offered multiple times per week. Space is intentionally capped to ensure quality interaction and genuine discussion.
