Workshop Description

Beta Promo Pricing - 20% Off February 1st - March 31st! AI doesn’t have a personality, but it can certainly act like it does and that’s where both the value and the risk live. Used well, AI can be an incredibly helpful thinking partner: fast, patient, and oddly good at helping you untangle complex ideas at 2 a.m. Used carelessly, it can become confidently wrong, overly reassuring, or a little too eager to agree with whatever you just said. This workshop is both a warning and a confidence-builder. It explains how AI behavior naturally drifts over time, how users unintentionally train it through everyday interaction, and how that drift can quietly influence decisions if left unchecked. It also shows how the same mechanisms, when understood, can be used to keep AI grounded, consistent, and genuinely useful without turning it into a digital cheerleader or an accidental authority figure. Humor matters here because frustration with AI is real. When AI starts sounding like a motivational speaker with no life experience, it’s usually a sign that it needs a reset, not a confrontation. Think of this session as teaching you how to keep a steady supply of virtual blood pressure pills on hand: calm explanations, grounding perspective, and yes AI that knows when to slow things down instead of speeding you up. And if calming music or short guided breathing helps reset the moment, that’s absolutely part of using AI well, not a gimmick. The workshop reinforces a critical boundary: AI is a powerful machine, not a source of wisdom. It has no common sense, no lived experience, and no understanding of consequences yet it will happily offer suggestions anyway. The upside is that, with the right approach, AI can be kept in its lane: supportive, steady, occasionally amusing, and genuinely calming without ever being in charge. You stay in control. AI assists. Blood pressure stays lower. Everyone wins.
